Areyouhealthy is proud to presents a comprehensive preventive health checkup package DSA Paleo Profile M. This health checkup package is for Rs 1109 only. This profile is usually for monitoring levels of cholesterol, Vitamins, Blood glucose, etc. DSA Paleo profile M contains 9 profiles. Patient must undergo 10-12 hours of fasting before going for this test. It includes 82 test parameters. lets look at all these prifiles.
1st profile is Iron deficiency profile, and it contains 3 test parameters. This profile test is for evaluating the quantity of iron in your body. Iron is vital because it helps in transporting oxygen to every part of our body. Some tests of DSA paleo profile M are Iron, Total iron binding capacity(TIBC).
2nd profile is Liver Profile. This profile includes 11 test parameters. Some of these tests are: Bilirubin direct, Bilirubin indirect, Protein total etc. These tests provides information about liver function. It also measures the level of enzymes and proteins in your blood. If the levels are higher and lower than average level, then it indicates liver problems.
3rd profile is Complete hemogram profile. This profile is for a complete blood count. Complete blood count consists of Red blood cells, White blood cells, Hemoglobin, Platelets, etc. Red blood cells help in carrying oxygen. White blood cells help to fight/resist against infections. Hemoglobin helps in carrying protein to Red blood cells. Platelets help in blood clotting. This profile includes 28 test parameters. Some of these tests are Basophils, Neutrophils, Monocytes, etc.
Next profile is about Diabetes. It contains 3 test parameters. Tests are Average blood glucose(ABG), Fasting blood sugar and HbA1c. Average blood glucose test is for measuring your level of blood sugar over the past 3 months. It also used to diagnose Type 2 diabetes and Prediabetes. If your Fasting blood sugar level is from 100 to 125 mg/dL (5.6 to 6.9 mmol/L), then it is prediabetes. HbA1c test evaluates the amount of glucose bound in your blood. If your glucose level is high, then the hemoglobin A1c will be higher.
4th profile is for Kidney functioning, i.e., Renal profile. It consists of 8 test elements. This test is for monitoring the function of kidneys. The function of a kidney is to filter all waste materials from our body and excrete from your body as urine. If your kidney is not working in right way, you may need this Renal profile test. Some of the Renal profile tests are Uric acid, Urinary microalbumin, Creatinine-urine, etc.
5th profile is Lipid profile. It is also known as Complete cholesterol test/Lipid panel. This test is for measuring the amount of good and bad cholesterol and type of fat present in your blood. This profile has 8 tests. List of some tests are VLDL cholesterol, Total cholesterol, Triglycerides, etc.
6th profile is Urinogram profile. This profile includes 18 test elements. This test is for determining the condition of the patient. We can detect abnormalities by the color and thickness of urine. Some of these tests are Appearance, Urine blood, Bacteria, etc.
7th profile is for thyroid patient, i.e., Thyroid profile. This profile has only 1 test parameter. Name of test is Thyroid stimulating hormone(TSH). This test is to detect whether your thyroid gland is working properly. If a thyroid disorder is not treated on time, then it can cause health problems.
Last profile is about vitamins, i.e., Vitamin profile. There are only 2 test parameters in this profile. First one is Vitamin B-12 and second is 25-OH Vitamin D(Total). Vitamins B-12 plays an important role in the functioning of central nervous system, production of red blood cells and metabolism. If you are suffering from bone pain and muscle weakness, it means you have vitamin D deficiency.

DSA PALEO PROFILE M
The DSA profile M or mini constitutes of 82 test parameters. Some of the major tests included are Lipid, Liver, Kidney, Iron Deficiency etc. This test helps in knowing whether the person’s health and metabolism are improving because of adopting the paleo diet chart and exercise habits. This test requires a person’s blood sample. This profile is parted in 10 groups:
COMPLETE HEMOGRAM PROFILE(28)
The Complete Hemogram profile having 28 tests in the group detects the blood-related infections. This also provides us with a total count of WBC, Neutrophils, Lymphocytes, Monocytes, Basophils, Eosinophils, RBC Count, HCT, Hb, MCV, PS, ESR etc. inside the blood.
COMPLETE URINE ANALYSIS(18)
There are some health issues which shows their symptoms in the urine. Complete Urine Analysis having 18 tests in the profile helps the detection of these issues. The complete Urine Analysis is a set of 18 laboratory test which helps to detect the problems that show its symptoms in the urine. The test is performed to track the working of major organs in the body like Lungs, Kidneys, Urinary tract, skin, bladder etc. Issues related to these organs may affect the urine in terms of appearance, concentration, and content.
The elevated blood sugar level leads to many problems concerned to the body health. The diabetes profile having 3 tests examine the blood sugar level. There are some other conditions related to diabetes Mellitus which is found by this test. A person should not have food at least 8-12 hours before the test.
This profile analyses the blood concerning the level of Transferrin and Iron content. It also evaluates the cell’s iron binding capacity. This test is found to be the best to detect the lack in the level of iron content in the blood. Apart from these, this profile also helps in evaluating the heart diseases.
This profile is also known as Lipoprotein profile. It is a group of 8 tests which measures the amount of cholesterol and other fats inside the body. Triglycerides and cholesterol are the fats which are considered for cell health. But these prove to be harmful when building inside the blood. The increasing level of lipids is a threat to the heart. This test is useful in predicting heart diseases and strokes.
This set of 11 tests measures the level of various proteins inside the body, liver enzymes as well as bilirubin in the blood to analyse the liver health.
The metabolic profile consists of 2 tests, the first one is VO2 max, and the other is Resting metabolic rate. The VO2 test is meant for examining the physical fitness by determining his/her body’s maximum oxygen-consuming ability.
The resting metabolic rate measures the total amount of calories burnt by the body while resting. One can decide the number of calories needs to lose, maintain, or gain weight, based on this test result.
Among all vital organs inside our complex body, the two kidneys play a crucial role, that is to filter out waste and excess of water. The health of kidneys cannot be left over. It filters a total of 180 litres of blood in the entire day. The renal profile has 8 tests in the group which assesses the kidneys’ health.
The two essential hormones produced by the Thyroid gland are Triiodothyronine (T3) and Thyroxine (T4). It is a small gland found in the lower neck region. Deficiency of T3 and T4 hormones show the symptoms like depression, lack of energy, weight gain etc. The Thyroid profile examines the working of the gland and lets us know whether it is overactive or underactive.
The Vitamin profile consists of 2 tests, Vitamin B-12 and the 25-OH Vitamin D test (25-hydroxy). Vitamin B-12 is very important to maintain good health. Red blood cells are essential to keep the nervous system working. Vitamin B-12 helps in building enough red blood cells. One need not go for fasting before going for Vitamin B-12 test.
It is essential to keep track of the Vitamin D level of the body. The 25-OH Vitamin D test (25-hydroxy) does that in the best way. The test result shows the total Vitamin D content of the body. It may be high or low on reference to the average level.
